He returned to England to become MD of a volume production engineering business. Following this, he developed and launched a new business for a large publishing company. Tim then moved into the professional coaching and training industry.

 

Following five successful years in this field, Tim set up Management Learning & Coaching Ltd, establishing the company in 2004.

Diana Barden

Director

With over twenty years operational, training and development and coaching experience, Diana has worked for a number of global organisations in retail, computer networking and automotive engineering across the UK, and in Switzerland and Germany. Her corporate background is in international HR and she has a degree in Modern Languages and an MBA (Distinction). Diana delivers in English and German. She is also a qualified coach and mediator.

 

Diana works across Europe and the USA, running assessment and development centres (for recruitment and learning needs analysis) as well as personal skills training and coaching. Her specialisms include interpersonal skills, writing and presenting with confidence, management development and thriving under pressure.

Diana is co-author of “Delivering Exceptional Performance” (published by Financial Times/Pitman in association with Ashridge Management College).

Paula Tasker

Account Manager

With over 30 years of relationship management and business development experience, Paula has worked in Financial Services, Banking and Insurance Sectors for large corporate companies such as the AA and Lloyds Bank Financial Services.

Paula is an ILM accredited coach, with over 13 years experience developing and delivering training. She is also a trained insurance broker.

Before working for Management Learning and Coaching, Paula lived in British Columbia, Canada, where she was involved in running the volunteer project for the annual ‘Relay for Life’ (or Race for Life) and was on the Board of a Childcare Association in a rural community responsible for education and social care. For the past 11 years Paula has worked from home/office with Management Learning and Coaching, heading up the Customer Relationship team.  Paula is passionate about all forms of education from the very small upwards.
