What if you could....Manage Projects?

A two-day project management course, London

February 13-14, 2012
Following the sell-out success of our What If You Could...Manage Projects? seminars, the next of our project management courses, London and UK-wide, is on February 13-14, 2012.

Who is this project management training for
Our project management seminars are for busy professionals, managers and leaders who have project management as an add-on to their role. They develop the skills of people new to project management as well as those who have some project management experience.

What you will learn on our project management seminars
The What If You Could...series of management skills seminars is designed to help you explore your natural reactions to situations and challenge instinctive behaviours.

We then help you act counter-intuitively to achieve better results.
By investigating the reality of managing projects - rather than the textbook theory - you will learn to:

  • Set up projects in the right way using proven processes
  • Use simple procedures and tools to better manage projects
  • Deal with people more effectively
  • Manage uncertainty in project management tasks
  • Identify and find solutions to common project management obstacles

What to expect on our two-day project management seminars
We offer a practical programme focusing on the daily reality of running projects. As a delegate you will be involved in discussions and Q&A sessions with seminar leaders and fellow audience members. You will also share and learn from other audience members’ experiences.
