
Proactive and Reactive Management Support Service
We provide help for you by proactively guiding and supporting you. This support includes:
- Introductory telephone call and email to help you to be able to use the site effectively and with maximum efficiency. We will ask you to email us your learning plans after having worked through the assessment of your learning requirements exercise and having developed your learning pathway.
- We monitor progress and after three months we will email you with a reminder of your learning plans and a reflection of your usage of the Academy. (You get what you measure.)
- Six months in we will call you to discuss progress and to share usage information as well. We will help you to rethink your action plan and commit to learning objectives.
- We will email after nine months to share further usage and other information to help motivation
- A review at the year end
Our reactive support is a management help line which is manned by our experienced business coaches and will include:
- Help for you with the day to day management issues that you are finding difficult to resolve.
- We will respond within two hours of the initial enquiry with support from our coaches who are on standby from 9am to 5pm, during the working week.
The service is therefore entirely confidential to you so you can feel you can share your difficulties with us. If, in our opinion, the issue requires a coaching initiative to be undertaken with all the corresponding checks and balances, we will advise you appropriately
