Principles & Practice of
Project Management

Online workshop aims

At this time of remote working, moving deadlines and financial uncertainty, many projects are going to need to be managed from afar, possibly with reduced resources, fewer people and constantly changing expectations. With this in mind, the aim of this programme is to demystify the process and practices of managing projects so you are equipped to continue managing your projects remotely from wherever you and wherever the project team are. The webinar series provides the forum to address the real-life issues of remote and flexible project work, so that you can deliver all your projects on time, within budget and to the specification and quality expected.
